Update from the MUSG Commuter Senator

Hello Everyone! My name is Ambia Abdikadir and I am your senator for the Marquette
University Student Government. I’m a freshman Political Science major who’s on the pre-law
track and commutes from Menomonee Valley. Like many of you, I am aware of the struggles that
come with spending only a few hours on campus before driving back home. The late drives back
or the early morning traffic on your way to campus, they’re all things I’ve experienced myself.
So as your senator, I’m doing the best I can to reach out to as many of you as possible. My email
is always available for any questions on the MUSG or concerns you have that I could advocate
for my fellow commuter students. Marquette is a school I’m so glad I can call my home and I
want to make it the same for all you. Your opinions and experiences do matter, help me be your
voice and reach out with whatever you need.
