History: Holy Family Cathedral/ Church, Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, has been a predominantly non-Native American parish in the Diocese of Tulsa (Archives: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma). Prior to the Tulsa Diocese, Oklahoma City diocesan priests at Holy Family had attended to the following Native American missions and stations in Oklahoma:

St. Anthony Mission (Delaware), Lenapa, Ottawa County

1899-1907 (closed)

Twin Mounds station (Creek, Yuchi), Creek County, Muskogee (Creek) Nation

1899-1909 (transferred to Sacred Heart, Sapulpa)

Claremore station (Cherokee), Rogers County, Cherokee and Muskogee (Creek) Nations

1899-1907 (became a mission)

Sapulpa station (Creek), Creek and Tulsa Counties, Cherokee and Muskogee (Creek) Nations

1907-1909 (became a parish) (no longer Native)
