Clinical Assistant Professor

Angela ´³²¹Ã©²Ô is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator in the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ College of Health Sciences Department of Occupational Therapy. Angela has been a practicing occupational therapist since 2015 with her primary focus being treatment of neurological, orthopedic, and oncology conditions in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. She worked as a travel occupational therapist in the early part of her career and enjoyed working contracts in Hawaii, California, and Alaska. Her passion for the field of occupational therapy led her to pursue a Post-Professional Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with emphasis in leadership and expanding occupational therapy’s role in chronic disease management. She holds advanced training and certification in oncology rehabilitation and lymphedema treatment and continues her clinical work in this practice setting. She has completed the AOTA Fieldwork Educator Certificate Program. She enjoys collaborating with students and seeing students develop into competent and creative occupational therapy practitioners.
