Theology

Formerly a minister and advocate for the homeless community in Chicago, Andrew Blosser completed his Ph.D. at Loyola University Chicago. His current teaching and research interests include ethical issues in rhetoric and ecology, Sabbath practices, the intersection of religion, economics, and labor ethics in the thought of Thorstein Veblen, and the morality of different work cultures. He is the author of The Ethics of Doing Nothing: Rest, Rituals, and the Modern World (Orbis Press—forthcoming in Spring, 2023).
