He earned his Ph.D. from Kent State University and his MBA from Arizona State University. Prior to academia, Kevin held various leadership roles in the private sector, including Senior Product Manager at DHL Worldwide Express and CRM Application Development Manager at Prudential Financial. He continues to consult for a diverse group of businesses, helping them optimize their sales, marketing, and customer service operations. Kevin has published extensively in leading academic journals such as Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, and European Journal of Marketing. His research has also been presented at numerous national and international marketing conferences.
