Sofie Sanchez joined ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ in 2024 as the Graduate Program Admissions Recruiter, where she plays a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts for the Graduate School of Management (GSM) programs. She collaborates with internal stakeholders across GSM, the Graduate School, University Relations, and other campus departments to advance the school’s strategic recruitment goals. Sofie also builds strong relationships with external business partners, raising awareness of GSM programs and creating pathways for prospective students from the business community. In addition, she provides dedicated application support to applicants, guiding them through the admissions process to ensure a smooth and successful experience. Her focus is on attracting top-tier talent, fostering industry connections, and contributing to the growth and success of the GSM.

Sofie brings extensive recruitment experience from previous roles as a Graduate Admissions Counselor at the University of Indianapolis and Assistant Volleyball Coach at Butler University. She successfully developed strategic recruitment plans, engaged diverse prospective student populations, and identified top talent through outreach events, personalized engagement, and targeted scouting efforts.

Sofie holds a Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in Professional Studies (2014) and a B.S. in Education (2012) both from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
