At ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, we strive to promote a culture of life that respects the inherent dignity of all, especially those awaiting to be born, the poor, elderly, sick/infirm, immigrants, LGBTQ+ persons, and prisoners. Join our on-campus Respect Life efforts.
Members of the Marquette community are invited to explore questions surrounding human life. This exploration should challenge the partisan limitations of our culture and allow us to focus on the invitation of the Gospel. During the academic year, particular Respect Life themes are highlighted through campus programs and activities. Through these initiatives, we invite reflection on ways each of us can better live as men and women for and with others.
Some particular themes for exploration:
Take time during the week of [dates tbd] to reflect in thanksgiving for the gift of life, explore ways to support the flourishing of the human family and all of creation, and participate in opportunities to gather in prayer on campus.
If you, or someone you care about, is pregnant at Marquette, there are resources both on campus and off to help you. Campus Ministry offers sensitive and initial guidance in navigating through the many decisions ahead. Contact Campus Ministry at (414) 288-6873 for more information or to set up a meeting. You may also contact listed resources directly.
