GRADUATE SCHOOL ORIENTATION
Tuesday, August 20, 4:00pm - 6:00 pm
Weasler Auditorium
The Graduate School will be hosting a new student orientation on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, to welcome graduate students to ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ’s campus, introduce resources and services available to students, and discuss institutional and academic policies and procedures as it pertains to graduate student life.
Orientation will be a two-part program:
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Student services and resource tables (outside Weasler Auditorium)
- Optional MU identification card pick up in Alumni Memorial Union, Union Station, 1st floor
- Optional campus tour available from 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Orientation presentation
All graduate students are required to attend in-person or online orientation. Please RSVP for in-person orientation as soon as possible. Online orientation can be found on .
Parking
Parking for orientation is free. Free parking is available in the 16th Street Parking Structure (749 N. 16th Street) and in the Wells Street Parking Structure (1240 W. Wells Street).
Student parking permits are on sale from the Parking Services Office located in Union Station located in AMU 158. Day and overnight passes are available. To purchase a permit online, visit marquette.edu/parking.
Online Orientation
If you are unable to attend in-person orientation, the Graduate School does offer an online, new student orientation in module format. The orientation modules can be completed through , ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ's Learning Management System. All new students beginning in Fall 2024 are able to access the orientation content in D2L starting the week of August 1, 2024.
