Community partnerships 

Working for mental health equality

A collaborative team at Marquette and several Milwaukee community organizations recently won a $250,000 grant to create the New Step Clinic. The clinic will serve Milwaukee Families adversely impacted by racial and socioeconomic heath disparities and offer a centrally located site for comprehensive, trauma-informed evaluation, assessment and treatment of mental and developmental health conditions.

Renewing the Near West Side

It began with a conversation between Marquette and Harley-Davidson and grew from there. Corporations, institutions and neighbors united to create the , a collaborative model of community redevelopment.
