Services offered

Intensive Programming/Activity-Based Exercise:  Our Intensive program goes beyond outpatient therapy to push neurologic health andrecovery, and optimal performance of activities. It may incorporate  walking training, functional electrical stimulation (FES), and therapeutic exercise and activities to support specific individual goals.

All programs are directed by a physical therapist or occupational therapist with assistance from trained personnel as appropriate. The goal of this program is to promote intense, repetitive, and taskspecific activities based on current scientific and clinical research for neuroplasticity. An assessment by a physical or occupational therapist will determine inclusion into the program.

The cost of an Intensity Program is decided by the number of hours within each individualized
program. Typical programs run 2-3 hours per day for 3-5 days per week. There is a minimum of 4 hours per week to be included in the intensive program.

Traditional Rehabilitation:  Our team of Physical and Occupational Therapists have a passion for providing our clients with individualized care focused on functional and meaningful goals.  An initial evaluation is completed to determine the appropriate plan of care based on individualized goals.

Adaptive Fitness and Wellness Services:  Our fitness and wellness services are available as a supplement to therapy or as stand-alone services.
Maintaining the progress you made in therapy or enhancing your fitness level is an important aspect of long-term care with a neurologic condition. We know exercise is medicine and we hope to break down some of the barriers that keep you from optimizing your health.
