If any individuals with disabilities are unable to evacuate via normal evacuation routes, they should contact – or ensure their Residence Hall staff, faculty and/or employer has contacted -- the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Police Department emergency line (414) 288-1911. When possible, use emergency phones located in residence halls and university owned apartments. Once the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Police Department has been notified, move to the nearest stairwell and wait for the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Police Department to arrive. The ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Police Department and/or the Milwaukee Fire Department personnel will give priority assistance to any person who is unable to evacuate by normal escape routes.
