Barbara Boxer is a Managing Director of the Fund, one of the Managers of the General Partner, and serves as LeBe Inc.'s chief executive officer. Ms. Boxer has more than 20 years of experience in advising and investing in early-stage companies, has served as the vice chair of the Investment Committee for BELLE Capital, LP, and is the Founder and Managing Member of Women Angels, LLC--an investment group with more than 100 women investors in Miami, FL; Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; and Washington, DC. Women Angels, LLC is comprised of qualified women investors who only invest in women-owned businesses. Ms. Boxer earned a Master in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor from 蜜桃影像 Law School, and maintains her memberships with the Association of Women Lawyers and the American Bar Association.

Jan Eddy has served as a Board Director of First Business Financial Services, Inc., parent company of First Business Bank, since October 2003; is their Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee Chair; and serves on their Compensation Committee. In November 2018, Ms. Eddy joined the First Business Bank Board as part of the establishment of the mirror image board structure. Ms. Eddy founded Wingra Technologies, a designer and distributor of software, and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wingra Technologies from October 1991 to January 2005, when Quest Software purchased Wingra Technologies. Ms. Eddy serves on the boards of Edgewood College and the Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation, and serves or has served on the boards of other privately held companies and non-profit organizations.

Dana A. Guthrie is Managing Partner at Gateway Capital. Prior to her current role, Ms. Guthrie founded and managed Alchemy Angel Investors, an angel investment network focused on early-stage startups. She founded Alchemy Angel Investors while being employed full-time at a Fortune 500 company and managing a multi-million dollar, global product offering. Ms. Guthrie is a two-time patent recipient, holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, and an M.S. in Energy Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Ms. Koplovitz is the founder and former Chairman & CEO of USA Networks, the SyFy Channel (formerly Sci-Fi Channel), and USA Networks International, today multi-billion-dollar television cable network. Ms. Koplovitz ran the network for 21 years before stepping down in 1998, at which time it was sold for $4.5 billion. As founder of USA Networks, Kay is the visionary who created the business model for cable networks by introducing the concept of two revenue streams: licensing and advertising.

Colette Courtion has spent more than 12 years working in beauty and with medical aesthetic technologies; but it was her personal experience of becoming a mother, that lead her to start Joylux--an innovative health technology company that provides home-use solutions for women experiencing pelvic floor issues. Before founding Joylux, Ms. Courtion successfully led several companies in various industries, including venture capital. As a marketing executive for Starbucks, she was responsible for creating and patenting the Duetto Card, a 2003 Business Week-Best Product of the Year, while running the largest and most successful retail store value card and loyalty program in the world, the Starbucks Card. She earned a BA in economics from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. Ms. Courtion's work and accomplishments have led to Inc Magazine naming her to their prestigious "Top 100 Female Founders" list in 2020.

Geraldine 鈥淕eri鈥 Sanchez Aglipay directs Small Business Majority's outreach, education and policy efforts in the Midwest region and Greater Chicago to enhance financial capacity and health security for small business owners, their employees and their families. She also manages Small Business Majority鈥檚 national outreach to women entrepreneurs and women's business organizations. As a former solo-entrepreneur, Geri is passionate about helping entrepreneurs strengthen their asset building and building an inclusive economy that works for all through entrepreneurship, especially for women, communities of color and the underserved. She has extensive professional and volunteer experience on issues impacting people of color, especially in the arena of public health, civil rights and civic affairs, having served on boards such as the American Public Health Association's Asian Pacific Islander Caucus. Geri is a member of the steering committee for the Illinois Asset Building Coalition.

 Wendy Katherine Baumann serves as President/CVO of The Wisconsin Women鈥檚 Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC), a statewide economic development corporation. She accepted this challenging position in the community in 1994, providing the leadership required to insure the achievement of WWBIC鈥檚 mission and to uphold the philosophy of serving businesses owned by women, minorities and low-wealth individuals in Wisconsin. Wendy K. Baumann served as executive director of The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin in 1987 and 1988. During that time, the chamber was honored as 鈥淗ispanic Chamber of the Year鈥 by the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Under her direction, the membership organization was recognized on a state and national level, increasing membership by over 500%. Baumann received master鈥檚 and baccalaureate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and was honored as Graduate of the Last Decade in 1998.

Bonnie Edwards earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees at Alverno College, as well as two advanced teaching licenses which helped her fulfill a meaningful teaching career. Stepping out of retirement, she purchased a Club Z! Tutoring Services franchise, which provides in-home and online tutoring to students of all ages throughout the United States. Since her successful grand opening, Bonnie has expanded her franchise and continues to work with several families on plans for growth throughout the new school year.

Anne Marie Arroyo has spent fifteen years in the restaurant industry and has always had a passion for hospitality. She is a connected member of the LGBT Chamber of Commerce, through which she worked with the Wisconsin Women鈥檚 Business Initiative Corporation to develop her first restaurant, MOXIE. Arroyo and her wife developed their new Italian restaurant, Trouble and Sons, with the community in mind, and by doing so provide a wonderful experience for all to enjoy.
