Assistant Professor of Accounting

Wioleta Olczak is an Assistant Professor at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. She earned her Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Central Florida. She also earned her Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University. She currently teaches intermediate financial accounting. Her current research interests include performance measurement, evaluation, and compensation. She examines how these practices impact individual behavior and performance. She is also interested in corporate governance, examining how different social aspects affect the decision-making of stakeholders.
