Dr. Kevin Walsh

Director of Executive and Professional Development Programming
Dr. Kevin Walsh teaches strategy courses in addition to offering his leadership to Executive EMBA and Executive Education programs within the College of Business Administration. Prior to his work at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, Kevin spent 20 years working for AT&T. Kevin led organizations as large as 500 employees as well as numerous projects that resulted in millions of dollars in savings and improvements. Kevin teaches in the areas of Strategic Management.
Dr. Melissa Shew

Executive MBA Courses: Ethical and Societal Issues in Business, Leadership and Intellectual Joy
Dr. Shew holds a joint appointment with the Center for Teaching and Learning, where she is a senior faculty fellow who provides strategic vision for the center. She was awarded the Excellence in Executive MBA Teaching award in 2020. Melissa was also recognized with the university-level 2023 Teaching Excellence Award. She is a faculty fellow in Marquette’s Institute for Women's Leadership, authored The Power of Intellectual Joy for the Future of Women at Work whitepaper for the institute, and has presented a TED talk on .
Dr. Manoj Babu
Executive MBA Course: Authentic Leadership
Dr. Babu has worked in engineering and management for Citation, Case New Holland and Daimler-Chrysler. He has formal training and experience in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Operations and Continuous Improvement. He is also experienced in leading cross discipline teams, training, strategic planning and development.
Dave Bauer

Michael Browne
Executive MBA Course: Accounting for Managerial Decisions
Prior to teaching full-time at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, Michael Browne has served as Chief Financial Officer for a manufacturing company and was Partner In Charge of Consulting for one of the largest CPA and Consulting Firms in the United States. His entrepreneurial experience includes founding an accounting and consulting firm and growing it to a top 15 ranking in the Milwaukee marketplace. Dr. Margaret Hughes-Morgan
Executive MBA Courses: Strategic Management Introduction, Strategic Management Capstone
Dr. Hughes-Morgan’s research and teaching interests lie mainly in the areas of dynamic competitive interaction, investor psychology, and the structure of inter-organizational networks. She has several years of work experience on Wall Street. Her most recent position was a Director for the United Bank of Switzerland where she specialized in analysis of biotechnology and pharmaceutical stocks. She is on the Board of Directors of MPR Research Corporation, a contract research organization in Detroit, Michigan.
Pamela Koehn
Pamela Koehn is a seasoned Instructor of Practice, teaching in the undergraduate Supply Chain program from 2016 to 2020 and, since 2021, the elite Executive MBA program. Her prior teaching experience includes corporate training, as well as adult education through the University of Wisconsin extension system. With her career spanning four decades at Direct Supply, where she currently serves as Vice President of Supply Chain, Pamela brings extensive industry expertise to her teaching. As an entrepreneur, her innovative approach in the retail sector and significant contributions to community service underscore her commitment to both professional excellence and societal impact. Dr. Alex Milovic
Executive MBA Courses: Strategic International Marketing, Interpersonal Influence
Dr. Milovic’s research interests involve exploring persuasion and psychology from both a consumer and sales practitioner standpoint. His research also focuses on issues dealing with personal selling, sales management, relationship selling, marketing education, and consumer behavior. Alex launched the Marquette Center for Professional Selling and currently serves as the Center’s Associate Director.
Dr. Bonnie O’Neill
Executive MBA Course: Teams and Performance
Dr. O’Neill offers 20+ years of management and HR experience in the public sector, healthcare and the legal field. She has done research with organizations of various sizes, including, Rexnord, ABB and Blood Center of Southeastern Wisconsin. Her current research examines the comparisons individuals make in the workplace, employees’ perceptions of their employment contracts (i.e., psychological contracts), issues of justice and fairness in the workplace, knowledge sharing/management, and workplace climate perceptions and attitudes.
Dr. Bharat Srivastava
Executive MBA Course: Business Analytics
His research has been published in journals such as Annals of Operations Research, European Journal of Operational Research, IEEE Transactions on Robotics and Control, Journal of Operational Research Society, Discrete Applied Mathematics, International Journal of Production Economics, and Business Horizons. Bharat was awarded the Excellence in Executive MBA Teaching award in 2022.
