Below are several available seating arrangements available in the conference center. Feel free to communicate other setup needs to conference center staff.

Capacities
The Conference Center has a fire code maximum capacity of 120 persons at any one time. Events for more than the maximum number allowed will be referred to Marquette's Event Management. The three rooms of the Beaumier Suite are of varying capacities dependent upon the setup configuration used. Below are suggested capacities for the different configurations in each room. Numbers will be adjusted to suit specific needs where possible.
