The Graduate Organization for Student Affairs in Higher Education (GO SAHE) is involved in a variety of campus activities, including service projects, networking and internship events, and fund raisers to underwrite national student affairs conference attendance.
The organization aims to provide an educational, professional and social base to encourage and enhance all facets of individual professional growth and development and advocate on behalf of the organization's members. GO SAHE strives to provide its members with a variety of resources to aid in their professional growth and development, such as workshops with the Career Center and an Alumni mentorship program. To foster social interactions and take a break from the stressors of grad school, GO SAHE sponsors holiday parties, tailgates, game nights, and more. Additionally, in accordance with the mission and values of ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, the members of the organization also participate in service projects and volunteer opportunities.
GO SAHE serves as the official graduate student assembly for all students in the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) program.

The MUCSPA (ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ College Student Personnel Association) was founded by Dr. Darnell Cole, then Assistant Professor of Educational Policy and Leadership in the School of Education, and the first cohort of students in the Student Affairs in Higher Education program of the Educational Policy and Leadership program with the intention of providing those people interested in careers in higher education and student affairs with a network through which to learn and grow and develop professionally.
The Graduate Organization for Student Affairs in Higher Education is an organization for all Marquette graduate students and undergraduate students, or Marquette alumni/ae interested in higher education and student affairs. All full-time and part-time students are encouraged to participate.
All faculty members teaching SAHE courses are considered honorary members of GO SAHE. A faculty member of the Educational Policy and Leadership department serves as the advisor to GO SAHE.
The GO SAHE is structured with one president who oversees both the organization and the elected committees that focus on the following responsibilities: social activities, identity and wellness, social media, and professional development. Committees are developed depending on need.
