Facilities Planning and Management

ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ's Department of Facilities Planning and Management assists in creating a safe and comfortable campus environment for students, faculty, staff and guests. While the department does not directly oversee event set up, they can be contacted for assistance moving furniture, providing additional garbage or recycling containers, and other services that pertain to the maintenance of campus spaces.

In some instances your event may require equipment and/or furnishings that are not included in the standard set up of a particular academic space. For delivery of tables & chairs or to have furnishings removed or relocated a (restrcited to campus) should be submitted. 

Please note that if your meeting or event is being held in academic space and is more extensive requiring catering and further set up the Alumni Memorial Union Event Services Office will assist you in coordinating these needs.
